May 2021 TOK Prescribed title #1 is focused on trust. There does not initially seem to be a link to trust in this RLE. For the art / graffiti to be effective, however, the artist (281 Antinuke) has to have some degree of trust from the people who see his art. This is easier for him to accomplish since the government and the company responsible for the nuclear power plant had a very low level of trust with the Japanese public.
